Our programming work is divided into 4 main steps:

The first step consists of supporting the customer during risks analysis so as to a safe system compliant with legal standards.
The second step is to choose the correct appliances for the installation, combining quality and price.
The third step is the software writing/verifying.

Safety analysis
The current regulations give a lot of importance to conformity regarding base security rules, according to standard EN ISO 13849-1. In the estimate and risks evaluation, we are close to the customer in the choice of tools necessary to workers security.
Moreover we study, for each system, a method of partition in security areas to allow a safe and practical use. Every software we produce is in accordance with laws referring to "machine rule" regulations.
Hardware design
We deal with PLC and/or CNC hardware selection and sizing, according to specifications given by the builder. The hardware choice is fundamental to provide a product at a competitive price without undermining the system functioning.
Software development
Ha.S.A. has an advanced software development department, able to satisfy any specific request, giving to customers its competence in PLC programming, Motion Control, HMI and Scada.
Recent technologies require more and more advanced innovations to allow final customers to have full control on production data and installation statistics, that is why Ha.S.A. is able to provide 4.0 industry specific solutions.
Teleservice
We are able to provide a phone assistance full service using the most modern technologies and guaranteeing the highest computer security.
We use specific routers that, through VPN technology, allow us a quick and cheap debugging wherever the system is installed.
